Robins Class WB 28/03/22
This week in Robins class we have started to design windmills for the Country Mouse in D&T. This is linked to our Geography topic this half term all about comparing city and countryside locations in England. After reading Town Mouse, Country Mouse we received a letter from Country Mouse explaining that although she wanted to stay away from the busy towns she would like to move house. It was important that we researched what windmills were before starting the design process.
We are writing, editing and reading our own versions of The Sea Saw in English this week and making ourselves the main character of the story ready to publish them and display them on the wall in school for the other year groups to admire.
We are learning how to count in 2s, 5s and 10s, make and add groups, make arrays and solve multiplication word problems in Maths too.
We are looking forward to our eggciting Easter activities next week too!
