Last week of term!

It may be the last week of term but it has still been a very busy one!

English and maths continued with the same topic; the children continued to write about Goldilocks and revise their number facts in maths. 

In art they learnt to tell a story through line and texture; they used Quentin Blake's illustrations for inspiration. They finished the topic on 'Seasides in the past' and impressed me with all that they had remembered about this topic. 

They have been very excited today due to the after school film night which they thoroughly deserve. They have worked hard and been kind to each other. Keep it up Woodpeckers and have a good rest over half term.
