Kingfishers - w/c 10/5/22

This week Kingfishers have been busy!

In Maths we have finished learning about money and have moved onto the topic of 'Time' We have been exploring how to read, write and convert different times on both analogue and digital clocks so please challenge your children at home!

In English we have created our very own civilisation with our own crop, culture, clothing and currency and have created non-chronological reports in the form of brochures to try and entice visitors! 

In History we learnt about the gory process of mummification and the reasons that ancient Egyptians did this. Our favourite part was when the picked the brain out through the nose with a hook! 

We have also been practising our singing for the Jubilee celebrations.
