First Week Back

The first week back was full of excitement with Halloween, Bonfire Night and The predicted Storm!

The children still managed to focus as they are aiming to achieve their english target in the next few weeks. 

Bonfire night was linked to our PSHE topic on safety and the children created a poster to show their awareness. 

In maths the children were relating already known number facts to work out harder calculations e.g if 6 + 2 = 8 then 60 + 20 = 80.

The children expressed their emotions through dance and worked in pairs to perform. 

We looked at journeys and maps in Geography and enjoyed investigating Google Earth.
